a good list for midsummer

i’ve been living in these (01.) flowy cotton nightgowns on repeat. ( kaytlynamanda to save ) heating up the remainder of steak or potatoes from (02.) dinner for breakfast has been my easy button for morning protein rich nourishment. (03.) playing frequencies on loop in the background, usually healing or calming has shifted the atmosphere of our home. (04.) fresh market tomatoes topped with flaky salt !!! decreasing my caffeine intake, and making this (05.) adaptogenic iced coffee daily has felt like such a ritual. if you’re a natural nails girl but want a little something this (06.) milk polish has been a creamy delight for my fingers + toes. (07.) matching linen sets — the ease of a sweat set but make it for summer!! (08.) reading (chaotically) many books at once is my drug of choice these days. (09.) olives, all kinds. i bought four jars last week. (10.) creative reset — my guiding light for inspiration, journaling prompts + a peaceful companion.
